Online and fax registrations must be paid by credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express only). Registrations sent by mail must accompany credit card payment or check. Check must be drawn on U.S. bank, in U.S. funds and made payable to ISAC. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Included in Registration Fees Full congress registration includes admission to all CYTO sessions, exhibits, posters, refreshment breaks, the Opening Reception on Sunday, June 24, Happy Hour on Monday, June 25 and the CYTO Celebration at the Moritzbastei on the evening of Tuesday, June 26. A Leipzig transportation ticket is included with CYTO full congress registration only and provides free use of local train to/from the Leipzig airport, the Congress Center Leipzig, and City Centre where shops, dinining, and other attractions as well as the CYTO hotels are located. A separate fee is required to attend the Scientific Tutorial sessions on Saturday, June 23 and to attend one of the Pre-congress Courses. The Introductory Image and Flow Cytometry Course is scheduled on Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23 and the Advanced Data Analysis Course is schedule on Friday, June 22 at the Congress Center Leipzig.

Non-Member Registration The non-member registration fee provides you with a membership in the Society for 2012, including an electronic subscription to Cytometry Part A. Become a full member of ISAC and register for the CYTO 2012 Conference at the discounted member registration rate. Membership in the Society is open to all persons who share the stated purposes of the Society and who have educational, research or practical experience in some aspect of cytometry. For more information about ISAC membership, visit the ISAC website at www.isac-net.org. Student Registration Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or non-member rate. Students must have a department head or research advisor certify student eligibility. Students registering prior to the CYTO 2012 Conference must provide the name and e-mail address of their department head on the registration form. Students registering onsite must bring their student ID card or a letter signed by their department head. One-Day Registration
One-Day Registration is available for Sunday, June 24, Monday, June 25, Tuesday, June 26 and Wednesday, June 27. The One-Day Registration with Membership includes a one year membership in the Society for 2012 with an electronic subscription to Cytometry Part A. One-Day registration does not include a Leipzig Transportation ticket or the CYTO Celebration at the Moritzbastei on Tuesday evening. Companion Registration Registered attendees of CYTO 2012 may sign up a spouse/guest as a Companion for the fee listed above. Companion registration allows entrance to the Opening Reception, Happy Hour and the CYTO 2012 Celebration only. The Opening Reception is scheduled to be held Sunday, June 24, 2012, Happy Hour on Monday, June 25, 2012 and the CYTO 2012 Celebration on Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Companion registrants are not permitted in the session rooms or the exhibit hall at any other time. Pre-Congress Course Registration Fees The Introductory Image and Flow Cytometry Course will take place Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23. Be sure to register early as space is limited to 60 registrants for The Introductory Image and Flow Cytometry Course and 75 registrants for The Advaned Data Analysis Course. Discounted group rates have been secured for attendees at The Westin Leipzig, Radisson Blu Hotel, Pentahotel Leipzig, Seaside Park Hotel, Motel One, and Hotel im Sachsenpark. Room rates include breakfast and free wifi in guest room. All hotels are conveniently located in close proximity of the city center with lots of shops, restaurants and activities. The Congress Center Leipzig, site of the CYTO 2012 meeting, is only a short train ride away from the city center (approximately 7 minutes).
