Payment of Fees

 Discounted registration fees are offered until March 21, 2011. Online and fax registrations must be paid by credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express only). Registrations sent by mail must accompany credit card payment or check. Check must be drawn on U.S. bank, in U.S. funds and made payable to ISAC. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

 
Included in Registration Fees
Full registration includes admission to all CYTO Conference sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, happy hour receptions, the Opening Reception, and an exchange coupon for the CYTO Dinner Cruise. There is an additional fee for the Introductory Courses scheduled Thursday and Friday as well as the Scientific Tutorials (see below).

The CYTO Dinner Cruise coupon must be exchanged for an actual ticket onsite at the registration desk beginning May 20, 2011 until 12:00 on May 22, 2011. Coupons will be exchanged on a first come first serve basis until maximum capacity is reached  Ticket is required for admittance.

Non-Member Registration

The non-member registration fee provides you with a membership in the Society for 2011 including an electronic subscription to Cytometry Part A. For further information, please visit ISAC website at www.isac-net.org.

 
Student Registration
Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or nonmember rate. Students must have a department head or research advisor certify student eligibility. Students registering prior to the CYTO 2011 Conference must provide the name and e-mail address of their department head on the registration form. Students registering onsite must bring their student ID card or a letter signed by their department head.
 
One Day Registration w/Membership
This registration fee can only be purchased on-site and it includes a one year membership in the Society for 2011 including an electronic subscription to Cytometry Part A.
 
Companion Registration
Registered attendees of the CYTO 2011  Conference may sign up a spouse/guest as a Companion for the fee listed above. Companion registration allows entrance to the Opening Reception and the Dinner Cruise only.  The Opening Reception is scheduled to be held Saturday, May 21, 2011 and the Dinner Cruise is on Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Companion registrants are not permitted in the session rooms or the exhibit hall at any other time. Companion registration may be purchased onsite only.
 
Pre-Congress Course Registration Fees
The introductory pre-congress courses will begin mid-day Thursday, May 19, 2011 and continue for a full day on Friday, May 20, 2011 at the Baltimore Convention Center. Be sure to register early as space is limited to 50 people for the Flow Course, 30 people for the Image Cytometry Course, and 70 for the Building Rainbows Course!

Scientific Tutorial Registration Fees
Scientific Tutorials will be offered on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Baltimore Convention Center. Each tutorial is 2 hours. To register for a tutorial only, please contact Josie Leftwich, CYTO Registrar at leftwich@faseb.org or click here for PDF form.

Cancelation Policy
Notification of cancelation must be submitted to the CYTO Conference Management Office in writing prior to April 15, 2011. Cancelations received by April 15, 2011 will be subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee.
No refunds will be issued after April 15.
