Payment of Fees
Discounted registration fees are offered until March 11, 2013 (11:59 PM, EST). Online and fax registrations must be paid by credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express only). Registrations sent by mail must accompany credit card payment or check. Check must be drawn on U.S. bank, in U.S. funds and made payable to ISAC. Purchase orders will not be accepted.
Included in Registration Fees
Full congress registration includes admission to all CYTO sessions, exhibits, posters, refreshment breaks, the Opening Reception on Sunday, May 19, Happy Hours, and the Closing Reception on the evening of Wednesday, May 22.
A separate fee is required to attend the CYTO Innovation 2013 Session, Scientific Tutorials or the Pre-Congress Courses on Saturday, May 18.

Non-Member Registration
The non-member registration fee provides you with a membership in the Society for 2013, including an electronic subscription to Cytometry Part A.
Become a full member of ISAC and register for CYTO 2013 at the discounted member registration rate. Membership in the Society is open to all persons who share the stated purposes of the Society and who have educational, research or practical experience in some aspect of cytometry. For more information about ISAC membership, visit the ISAC website at www.isac-net.org.
Student Registration
Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or non-member rate. Students must have a department head or research advisor certify student eligibility. Students registering prior to the CYTO 2013 Conference must provide the name and e-mail address of their department head on the registration form. Students registering onsite must bring their student ID card or a letter signed by their department head.
One-Day Registration
One-Day Registration is available for Sunday, May 19, Monday, May 20, Tuesday, May 21 and Wednesday, May 22. The One-Day Registration with Membership includes a one year membership in the Society for 2013 with an electronic subscription to Cytometry Part A.
Companion Registration
Registered attendees of CYTO 2013 may sign up a spouse/guest as a Companion for the fee listed above. Companion registration allows entrance to the Opening Reception, Happy Hours and the Closing Reception only. The Opening Reception is scheduled to be held Sunday, May 19, 2013 and the Closing Reception on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Companion registrants are not permitted in the session rooms or the exhibit hall at any other time.
CYTO Innovation 2013 Fee
ISAC presents CYTO-Innovation 2013, a forum for discussing the challenges and opportunities for the development and commercialization of cell analysis technologies. The CYTO Innovation Program will include short talks offering perspectives on current trends in the industry, a panel discussion, and a showcase of short presentations by innovators and entrepreneurs on new technologies and applications for cell analysis. If you are involved in the development, evaluation, or commercialization of new cell analysis technologies, plan to join us for this stimulating program to be held on Saturday, May 18, 2013. The registration fee for this session is $75.
Pre-Congress Course Registration Fee
The Introductory Image and Flow Cytometry Course and the Advanced Data Analysis Course will be held on Saturday, May 18 at the San Diego Convention Center. You are not required to register for the CYTO congress in order to register for a Pre-Congress Course. Be sure to register early as space is limited.

Scientific Tutorial Registration Fee
Scientific Tutorials will be offered on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the San Diegio Convention Center. Each tutorial is 1.5 hours. You are not required to register for the CYTO congress in order to register for the Scientific Tutorials.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted to the CYTO Management Office in writing prior to April 15, 2013. Cancellations received by April 15, 2013 will be subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2013.

Book Your Hotel Accommodations Today!
Discounted group rates have been secured for attendees at The Omni San Diego (headquarters hotel) conveniently located in the Gaslamp Quarter with lots of shops, restaurants and activities. The Omni San Diego is accross the street from the San Diego Convention Center.
